Something like porygon2 may be able to go from defensive trick room setter to slow offensive powerhouse with a Tera electric/ice type after download boost and setting its own trick room in just two turns.
Regardless, any Pokémon achieved through successfully winning a black crystal Tera Raid Battle will be more powerful than a regular Tera Raid Pokémon and will be a significant asset to any team due to the higher stats and Tera Types that can be associated with it. I’m curious if Tera blast takes into account stat boosts, the official site has confirmed that it will be special/physical based on the user’s higher stat. Nintendo has not yet announced whether Charizard will be the only non-Paldea Pokémon accessible by black crystal Tera Raid or if this will be the system moving forward to achieve such Pokémon. Charizard may appear again in other events in the future, but at the moment, this is the only known way to achieve the original Fire Type starter. This is not a regular Charizard as it will have the Dragon Tera Type and the Mightiest Mark associated with it, making the Pokémon a powerful member of any team. There will be no difference in Charizard regardless of which run it's captured in, though it will only be catchable once per save file. The event will have two runs in December, the first from Dec. The first black crystal Tera Battle that has been announced will be for Charizard.
